Cancellations and Edits to Custom Orders

Because Deo Veritas garments are made-to-order, cancellations are time-sensitive:

• Within 24 Hours of Purchase

  • You may cancel or edit your order at no cost.

• After 24 Hours (Before Production)

  • We can usually make small edits (fabric, collar, cuffs, etc.).

  • Cancellations may incur a processing fee.

• Once Production Has Begun

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, as fabrics have been cut and work has started.

  • We will still support you through our Fit Guarantee and alteration credit if needed.
