How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Alteration Claim

If you need to start a claim:

  1. Contact Support

    • Email support@deoveritas.com with your order number.

    • State whether you want a return, exchange, or alteration credit.

  2. Provide Details

    • For returns/exchanges: explain why (wrong size, not as expected, defect).

    • For alterations: include photos and, if possible, your tailor’s notes.

  3. Receive Instructions

    • We’ll confirm eligibility and send return shipping details.

    • Alteration credits (up to $50 on your first order) are reimbursed after we receive your receipt.

  4. Refunds/Exchanges

    • Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days.

    • Exchanges ship after the return garment is received and inspected.
