If you need to start a claim:

State whether you want a return, exchange, or alteration credit.

Provide Details

For returns/exchanges: explain why (wrong size, not as expected, defect).

For alterations: include photos and, if possible, your tailor’s notes.

Receive Instructions

We’ll confirm eligibility and send return shipping details.

Alteration credits (up to $50 on your first order) are reimbursed after we receive your receipt.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges ship after the return garment is received and inspected.
