Policy Overview

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Returns apply to accessories and ready-to-ship items.

• Custom garments (shirts, suits, jackets) are eligible under our Fit Guarantee, not standard returns.

Exceptions

• Monogrammed shirts are final sale unless there is a defect.

• Items worn, washed, or altered beyond tailoring adjustments are not returnable.
