Order Status & Tracking

After placing an order, you can check its progress in your account. Here’s what each status means:

• Processing: Your order is being reviewed for accuracy.

• In Production: Fabrics are cut and tailoring has begun.

• Quality Control: Final checks before shipping.

• Shipped: Tracking number assigned, en route to you.

Where to Find Tracking:

• In your email (look for subject: “Your Deo Veritas Order Has Shipped”).

• In your account dashboard under My Orders.

Pro Tip: If you don’t see tracking after 14 days, contact support@deoveritas.com.
